Yes. Any unused Beauty Bank funds or Choice Benefits remain stored in your Beverly Hills Wellness Wallet while your membership is active. They may be applied toward future eligible services as long as your membership remains active.
If you cancel before completing your 6-month minimum term (for Starlet Glow or Couture Rejuvenation), any unused Choice Benefits and the remaining contract term will be forfeited. Once a membership is cancelled or inactive, all remaining funds or benefits immediately expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
No. Beauty Bank memberships renew monthly with no long-term commitment.
Starlet Glow and Couture Rejuvenation memberships require a 6-month minimum term. After completing this period, you may continue month-to-month or cancel anytime.Yes. After completing your 6-month minimum term, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership. Any stored funds or Choice Benefits will transfer according to the new tier’s eligible services and terms.
