Meet Sheila Rychlik

With over 16 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Sheila brings a wealth of experience, artistry, and passion to every client she treats. Her career began as a makeup artist for a photo studio and Merle Norman Cosmetics, where she quickly discovered that true beauty starts with radiant, healthy skin. That realization inspired her to pursue advanced training in aesthetics—graduating from Aesthetics School in 2008 and launching a lifelong career dedicated to skin transformation and confidence building. 

 

Over the years, Sheila has worked alongside leading dermatologists and in premier day spas, including a holistic dermatology practice in Westport, Connecticut, where she gained deep expertise in treating complex skin concerns from both a medical and holistic perspective. Her philosophy blends science and care—creating visible, lasting improvements while honoring the skin’s natural integrity.  

Sheila holds multiple advanced certifications, including Body Sculpting, Venus Concept, Cryoskin, Cryotherapy, Vi Peels, Microneedling, Fibroblast Plasma Pen, and PiXel8-RF Microneedling. In 2019, she added a Laser License, expanding her expertise in laser rejuvenation, resurfacing, and hair removal. She continually pursues new education and techniques to bring the most innovative treatments to her clients.  

Whether helping a guest clear stubborn acne, smooth scars, lift and tighten with radiofrequency, or achieve a refreshed “red-carpet glow,” Sheila approaches every treatment with genuine care and enthusiasm. As she says, “I love it all—because I love helping people feel confident in their skin.”  When she’s not in the treatment room, Sheila enjoys family time and embracing the same balance she encourages her clients to find—because, as she believes, life and great skin both thrive in harmony.
