We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Consent

We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or when necessary to provide a product or service you have requested. We will ask for separate consent before any other collection or sharing.

Geofencing

We do not set up geofences around health care facilities to identify, track, collect data from, or send notifications to consumers.

Your rights

You may:

  1. Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access that data.
  2. Get a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and how to contact them.
  3. Withdraw your consent to collection and sharing.
  4. Have your consumer health data deleted, subject to medical record retention laws.
